  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination and the size of the package.

  3. Shipping Charges: Hey Basic provides FREE shipping for orders above Rs. 999 in India. For pre-paid orders, a 5% discount is provided.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

  5. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within India is typically between 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the delivery location and external factors like weather conditions and logistics delays. It may take 15 Days.

  6. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery: In cases of non-delivery or delayed delivery, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, Hey Basic is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, transportation-related delays, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

  7. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address, contact number, and any special instructions for the delivery person. Hey Basic will not be responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  8. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner will make attempts to deliver the package to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or inaccessible address, the package may be returned to us. We may contact you to arrange re-delivery or provide a refund, excluding shipping charges.

  9. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or upon your request, we will refund the order amount, excluding shipping charges.

  10. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

  11. Shipping Holidays: During peak seasons or public holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. We will notify you about any shipping delays during such periods.
