If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Return Period:

    • You have a period of 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. After this period, we will not accept any return requests.
  2. Eligibility for Return:

    • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
      • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all seals, tags, and packaging intact.
      • The product should not be damaged, soiled, altered, or used.
      • The return request must be initiated within the specified return period.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
      • Products sold as part of clearance or sale events.
      • Products that have been opened or used.
  4. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
      • Contact our customer support team at info@heybasic.shop within the return period.
      • Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
      • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Unique Return Order number.
      • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all seals, tags, and the original invoice. We will arrange for a pickup from your location.
  5. Refund or Exchange:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference:
      • Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
      • Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
  6. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@heybasic.shop. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
  7. Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at the earliest at info@heybasic.shop. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  8. Policy Changes:

    • Hey Basic reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
  9. Replacement: 

    • We will replace your product withing 7-10 business days after the return has been processed.
